Marvel’s Doctor Strange Crosses $600 Million At Worldwide Box Office

Earlier this week I wrote about how Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange crossed $570 Million at the Worldwide Box Office. Well… it only took about 4-5 days to reach $600 million at the Worldwide box office. It’s grossed $616 million surpassing the lifetime hauls of “The Incredible Hulk” ($263 Million), “Captain America: The First Avenger” (371 million), “Thor” ($449 million), “Ant-Man” ($520 million) and “Iron Man” ($585 million). Which makes “Doctor Strange” the biggest cinematic debut for an MCU character.

It has been noted by Deadline that it’s the ninth MCU film to cross the $600 million mark.

This weekend alone “Doctor Strange” collected $13.4 million to add to its NA tally, and $9.8 0verseas. It also helps that it should get a bigger boost when the film releases in Japan in January.

Domestic-wise,  “Doctor Strange” has earned more than $205 million. This has it passing “The Incredible Hulk”, “Captain America: The First Avenger”, “Ant-Man”, and “Thor”. It is within reach of “Thor: The Dark World’s” $206.4 million.

Now, a funny panel from Howard the Duck issue #4 with Doctor Strange.
